Furthermore, the corporation holds and manages a short-line rail freight operation in Iowa, a multi-modal freight terminal (barge, rail, and truck) situated on the Mississippi River, and a rail-accessible warehouse, also in Iowa. It also provides freight brokerage solutions. The company also possesses stakes in a 347-megawatt (MW) natural gas-powered electricity generation facility near Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, and a 225 MW wind energy farm in Oklahoma. Established in 1981, its corporate headquarters are situated in Madison, Wisconsin.
