This group also supplies installation and workover control systems (including ROV-operated versions), offers expert project management and engineering, and provides drill pipe riser services and wellhead load relief solutions. The Integrity Management & Digital Solutions division focuses on safeguarding asset integrity. It also develops software and analytical tools specifically for the bulk cargo maritime industry, and delivers a suite of software, digital, and connectivity solutions tailored for the energy sector. Finally, the Aerospace and Defense Technologies segment is dedicated to providing specialized government services and products. This includes extensive engineering and manufacturing capabilities for defense and space exploration initiatives, serving U.S. government agencies and their primary contractors. Established in 1964, Oceaneering International, Inc. maintains its headquarters in Houston, Texas.
