As of December 31, 2021, Live Nation Entertainment controlled a significant portfolio of entertainment venues, with 165 located across North America and an additional 94 internationally, either through ownership, operation, or leasing arrangements. Originally incorporated as Live Nation, Inc. in 2005, the company adopted its current name, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., in January 2010.
